This has been niggling at me so I'm throwing it open.

I've been gradually coming to the point where I'm reasonably sure that I want to change my surname - or, at the very least, set up a pen name. Because I'm a Sherlock Holmes fan (but mainly because the word sounds pleasant and fits right with Herman!), it's going to be - yes, that name.

But since using a character name would seem the height of arrogance and Gary-Stuishness (agree? or no?), what should I rename Baskerville to?
