I try not to use names the chara I'm posting for doesn't know, to avoid confusion, but it's a bit clunky and seems not usual here.

Yes, I forget too. And I try to do the same when talking from a chara's point of view. When I'm talking as the omniscient narrator, it doesn't matter.
