She's oblivious to the whole weather thing.
All she cares about is that some of her friends didn't make it in to school yesterday so she didn't have as many playmates at "summer camp."
That and she thinks that our new car can walk on water. "Don't worry mom, you have a tall car now" .... Tall yes, but it's the undercarriage clearance you have to worry about with the water! And that ain't much different from the other car!
