*huggles everyone back*
We are glad to be back and in one piece.
And for some reason I have been thinking of that wierd O'Shay character from Relic of Jasmine. Can't seem to get this odious presence out of my mind.
"It has passed on. If it hadn't been nailed to the perch it would have been pushing up the daisies. It has left the world as we know it and has gone to meet its Maker. This is an ex-parrot."
On a slightly different note: Wahooooooo! Room is all shiny and new! The parental units visited last weekend for a deep clean, a lick of fresh paint, some wood staining and some finishing touches to make the place more cosy.
I have a sofa bed now, so if any Pro-ers are passing through Coventry and decide not to dash straight out of it again, come stay!
O'Shay is the best seer evar!
And yay green walls, Jules! *shudders at memory of painting the study. Mutt does not like sanding.*
But of course the most important question is: Why would anyone want to go to Coventry? *ducks*
Glad you're all okay, Rina!
That was actually my first thought after posting that message.
Send 'im... to Coventry!
Theologically, I'm an apostle, which means "the one who is sent" and, theologically, it was God's will for me to be here.
So, theologically, I was sent to Coventry!
Theologically speaking... :P
Both! *snicker*
Oh, Mutt of my heart, is there a copy of Relic of Jasmine laying about anywhere in your backup files? Mr. O'Shay wants to come out to play. And there's just no point in rewriting stuff if we can find it. I looked, and I don't have anything saved here. (Yes, I know, shame on me, I'm hopeless. That would be why I'm not in charge of the archives. *eg*)
*promises chocolate to anyone who finds the Errant and Odious Seer*
I'm not sure how (in)complete it is, but here's some Relic. I'll also look on my old hard drive -- I have a bunch of things I rescued from the old Avedov, pretty much everything that survived the big crash, and at least some of RoJ should be there.
*snoopy happy dance*
Thanks Ree!!!!!!!!
I'm thinking about NaNoWriMo again this year and O'Shay may just find himself this years victim, err, topic. Still thinking though.
Ree the swift! Thanks.
Heh, no problema.
I think there's more RoJ in here but I haven't fully explored it. At all. *is lazy* You're all welcome to though!
*snoopy happy dance*
I'd forgotten all about the incomparable McKinnley MacPhearson McSherbert
*snickers madly*
Somebody give me a little kick and get me back here more.
You will forive, I hope, this rather random request, but I was filled with a sudden urgent desire to know how the pezzies are doing.
Queen Cassandra Burnside and her offspring, the Lady Miranda, Heir Unapparent Macbeth, Most Adorable Lady Capulet and Power-Behind-The-Future-Throne Sorceress Royale Othello, are all fine and very very sweet.
I don't know if you heard about my Lord Xantam, but he snuffed it a few weeks ago. My poor baby... he was my favourite. *sniffle*
Awwwwww. In that case, I guess it's appropriate to make available to you the punk version of The Twelve Days of Christmas.
It's what Xanty would have wanted.
PS: If the link is playing up, it's also available on my blog in the new custom list above the photo album
