I think my brain just died as it was processing that.
*Deliriously happy grin.*
*hugs mommyrina*
At least you're appreciated here!
Aaaaaand post #2000.
Two thousand.
GULP.
Hey, I think I'll take that milestone as an opportunity to press a couple of questions - more on that later today, as I just stopped by mid-news-run to post the following.
Blast! (pun intended) Couldn't they have left it a couple of days?
Also, as Ree reminded me:
this is happening.
Luck to Julia and Slen with the last few exams!
The final one's on Tuesday. Huzzah for chemistry. Wizz for atoms. *Munty agrees*
Basky, find college exam date for work!!!
Hi.
*waves to everyone and sneaks out again quietly*
*sneaks after Rina and tackles and hugs and squeezles*
Hmmm...
Hey, Slen the Employed, going along?
Mutt dreamed of TENTACLES!
Tentacles wrapped around Paullie, no less!
A Blefuscuan parks his Mini on the repair shop forecourt and tells the mechanic, "I was eating a boiled egg, in the correct way of course, as I drove along. The next thing I knew there were heavy knocking noises coming from the engine. What on earth could the problem be?"
"That's an easy one, mate," the mechanic says. "Your big end's gone."
(btw, Snawg.... fuel injection, rear view mirror, cup holders. *mwah*)
AARGH! YOU FIEND!
Jenny: "Is Snog on?"
Mutt: "No."
Jenny: "Well, say hello if he is."
Mhrrrg? O_o
Well, THAT was surreal.
My mother just watched the Badger Song.
She then worked her way through most of my Weebl flash collection. (I kept "Lovely" hidden.)
All in all, she put the Badger Song on three times.
For Slen!
And other Formula One followers, if we have any here.
The only problem with Guardian links on our boards is that you have to 'escape' the commas to make the link work. You do that like this. Say the link is:
http://dotcom.com/articles/31,1415,92.html
Then in board code, you would type:
\link{http://dotcom.com/articles/31\,1415\,92.html,Link text goes here}
I'm going to be off the rest of the week. Taking the kidlet to Fiesta Texas for a few days and then off for another fun-filled weekend of clearing out my parent's house.
See you next week
