I love those Victorian names. No, really. I would be tickled to have been named one of those. (Course, one of the forenames is a common epithet applied to Mutt anyway.)

I do usually know the difference between Nederlands and Denmark, honest. One has Legoland.

(note for fangirls: sorry, I didn't say Legolas. Anyway, I think he's Paul's.)

LegoLand!
We went to the one in California last summer.
Strange, strange yet wonderful place.
Children do not cry there.
No, it's true.
An entire park filled with over-stimulated hyper miniature people and not a single sniffle, whine or boohoo to be heard.
The designers at LegoLand are GODS!!!!

Might I recommend against browsing the Casio Timepiece website if you're in the habit of making unreasonable demands such as, I dunno, a way to search their entire catalogue? The nav is truly pathetic.
I am still going to buy from these people because my beloved wristpiece of more than ten years (5+ new straps, 1 new battery in all this time) finally gave up the ghost. The machine still works, but the strap-to-casing joint broke. In longevity terms of the actual clock part, then, hell yes.

Ironically enough, this comes not yet a year after my dad wanted to buy me a Rolex and I turned him down.
My reasons (prefer digital 24h display, see no reason NOT to have Telememo function, opposed to bling-bling, do not want to have something his Woman has, etc) still stand, however. I would like a thing that charges itself from my movement (([sator arepo tenet opera rolex])); however, the Casio I'm looking at is solar-powered, the next best thing.

(At least the Casio site doesn't play pretentious classical chords in a loop at you...)

Where did the Character Profiles go? I have an Agueda ring to write up about.

I can make a seccy for it, but you could alternatively use the encyclopaedia.

That way, just putting \wiki{Agueda} in a post at Squirrels will link to the Agueda page. As it doesn't exist yet, you just go to "Edit text of this page".

You may need to do "Preferences" first to teach it your name, and enter the editor password, which is - that fruit again!

And here's editing help: how to do italics, make links and such.

Do you have copies of the posts I did for her? And Izzy and Micah?

I have several different versions on my computer and I'm not sure how much I gave away in the version I posted here.

Ooh, yes. Check out some of the saved pages I put up after the crash - I think they'll be in there, but if not, I do have them saved.

There will be absolutely no sneaky homage to Snog in tomorrow's quiz, especially not in question 3.
