Standard Shadowrun 4, it was some free adventure that went fine. :)
I just had to have the characters travel from Seattle to Denver.
And we're back.
Just popping in to say hi and give a group hug. I'm missing you all and wish I had the free time I used to have so I could play here more. I try to read as much as possible though.
*pounce huggle*
*runs away*
Aww. I miss you, 'Rina!
Not an official absence or anything, but for tonight I won't even be able to try to be online. Yesterday I got home from work at 21:00 after leaving before 07:00, and I have simply got to get some badass shuteye.
I will be happy when we have trams again!
Happy birthday Sarina!

I swear I'll have my brain back on soon. Hopefully this weekend in between packing book parcels and trying to figure out how one goes about making Apache modules do moduley things. *has never done more than hackishly hack a single script, can we tell?*
(Apache module is for a spam solution so we can reopen Character Chat and Guestbook to free posting, incidentally.)
Oh, and reading Harry Potter, but I'll be finished with that by Saturday morning, so no worries. :D
I, uh, sorta second that.
Only, my brain got stuck in "waah, clean room, waah, sort junk!!"-mode instead. @_@
I said Apache module when I meant Perl module, proving that I need to lie down and get some sleep before I manage to hurt myself. However, instead, I am in yr work ordering yr newz and encoding yr TFTDz.
edit: also eatin yr strawbz lol n00bz
Sorry I haven't been around on the various messenger systems recently. This evening I spent at a 'future of web apps' social, which wasn't as webby or appsy as I expected. Still, it'll make reporting back to my work colleagues easy...
Anyway, with that and ongoing dead time in the evenings I may be scarce still, but I always check my @hellhound.net email several times a day so your message will get through.
Hey mutt, just finished your Mews; read it in a couple hours this evening.
That was awesome. Magic-based metal? oh, yes.
Zomg. Thanks!
Hey peoples.
I'm still not any better than I was before, but in the middle of my not-any-better, I had an idea. So I'll try kick my brain into writing mode as a distraction.
You'll be happy with it, Mutt. Got an Idea for the world and a couple major characters for my side of the Great War. I'm writing up Twine entries for em now, an if you tell me what thread's good for a summary of the idea, I'll put one up. Might give your baby a bit of a kick in the ass ta get moving.
Squee-- I mean, how dashingly super!
The main problem with it in a collaborative writing situation is that the two central characters are a... tiny... bit overpowered. But necessarily so for the idea.
But that can be worked around. Most of the actual combat will be done by proxy (otherwise known as 'armies') anyway, so not such a big deal.
Yes, agreed. Same goes for my heavylifting telekinetic mage. Plotwise it shouldn't be much problem keeping things under control.
Can't wait to see what you've come up with, Ves.
Um....hi.
(Sorry for vanishing and reappearing.)
*resists temptation to make above sentence blink*
