Public topics and spam

I've reopened the guestbook. If some spam comments appear, I'm afraid we'll just have to delete them and deal with it for now; we do need an open public topic.

Sadly I have no estimate yet for when I'll be able to work out the Akismet module and get it integrated.

Boards are closed temporarily while I try out what could be the makings of a solution.

Boards open again. For some reason I've completely forgotten which bits of board do what, so we'll wait for someone at the tech support forums to help me out.
